Kitty S. Chan is an associate professor in the department of health policy and management at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Her areas of expertise include psychometrics and quality measurement. Prior to joining the faculty at Johns Hopkins in 2004, she was associate policy researcher at the RAND Corporation from 2001 to 2004. Dr. Chan received her Ph.D. in health services research from Johns Hopkins.
