Erin Hiltbrand joined the Fund in July 2011 as program assistant responsible for grants management and administration in the International Program on Health Care Policy and Innovations (IHP). In this role, Ms. Hiltbrand is responsible for management of board and small grants and all IHP budgets and accounting functions. She has administrative responsibility for the Harkness Fellowship programs; provides support for all IHP meetings; has administrative responsibility for the Harkness Fellowships Selection Committee; and manages contractual and reporting requirements with country cofunding partners on the International Survey and Harkness Fellowships. In addition, Ms. Hiltbrand provides administrative and research support to Robin Osborn, vice president and director and of the program. Following graduation from Georgetown University in 2008, Ms. Hiltbrand was a legal assistant at Skadden Arps in New York City where she supported several large and complex cases. She was the recipient of the Skadden Arps Pro Bono Public Service Award in 2008. Earlier, Ms. Hiltbrand served as a summer intern in 2005 for ABC Studios "All My Children" daytime soap opera. She was also a volunteer for Earth Conservation Corps in Washington and created and managed a network of private tutoring services for middle and high school students in the Georgetown area. Ms. Hiltbrand graduated from Georgetown University with a B.A. in Psychology.
