Deborah Lorber is senior editor for the Commonwealth Fund. She joined the Communications department in June 2004. Ms. Lorber has a strong background in journalism, working in writing and editing positions at financial and legal publications including Smart Money and The New York Law Journal. In addition, she has worked extensively in online publishing, helping to improve Web site communication and marketing for clients at consulting firm Sapient Corp. and producing Internet market research at Jupiter Research. Ms. Lorber holds a B.A. in English and American Literature from Brandeis University and an M.A. in Journalism from New York University.
