A Zip file attached at right includes all Performance Snapshot charts. Once unzipped, the PowerPoint charts are arranged alphabetically by Snapshot topic, in six files by performance domain.
The bibliography files attached at right include all references used in creating Performance Snapshots and in the three chartbooks on quality of health care previously published by the Commonwealth Fund. The bibliography can be downloaded in standard text format for importing to another program.
