Clare Churchouse is the program associate for the Picker/Commonwealth Program on Quality of Care for Frail Elders at The Commonwealth Fund. Ms. Churchouse moved to New York City from the United Kingdom in June, 2000, first in a one-year residency in the International Studio and Curatorial Program. Prior to joining the Fund in 2004, she was administrative assistant and office manager for ATTA, Inc. a high-end custom fabrication workshop/studio in Manhattan that does fabrication work for museums, designers, and restaurants. She holds a B.A. in Visual Arts from Lancaster University and an M.F.A. in Painting from Reading University.
