To strengthen the impact of the International Program in Health Policy and Practice (IHP) and raise the Fund's profile as a source of cross-national analysis, two external contractors will work with IHP and Communications staff to: 1) increase the number of publications produced from IHP-sponsored work; and 2) develop a strategy for disseminating findings and analysis to policymakers, researchers, and journalists. The contractors will author articles for Health Affairs submission as well as Fund issue briefs and reports; prepare cross-national policy syntheses for the Fund's Web site; and provide quality control for papers commissioned for the International Symposium and international quality improvement meetings. In so doing, they will enhance the Fund's capacity to bring innovations and lessons from abroad to the attention of U.S. audiences.
