In addition to presenting publicly available data on a wide range of quality-of-care and process measures, the Fund Web site WhyNotTheBest.org offers health care providers a number of other resources, including case studies of high-performing hospitals and health systems. The proposed grant will support a new series of case studies and synthesis reports focusing on high-priority areas such as integrated health delivery, care coordination, patient safety, and health information technology. These timely publications, along with companion webinars, will inform leaders in health care delivery as they strive to fulfill their roles in health reform.
