This survey was given to about 500 physicians in five countries: Australia (517), Canada (533), New Zealand (493), United Kingdom (500) and United States (528). It was conducted by Harris Interactive and subcontractors from April 27 through July 27, 2000. The specialists interviwed were restricted to: cardiologists, gastroenterologists, or oncologists. It was conducted by mail, with an online option, or telephone.
