A recent set of Commonwealth Fund–supported articles in the February 2012 issue of Health Affairs examined how the Affordable Care Act's Small Business Health Options Program, or SHOP, will make it easier for small employers to offer affordable health plans through new state insurance exchanges.  A  Feb. 22, 2012 webinar with several of the authors addressed the key exchange implementation issues, including critical design choices, attracting small businesses, and the program’s potential appeal to large employers.
