Jinnet Briggs Fowles, Ph.D. is senior vice president, research at the Park Nicollet Institute where she has worked since 1985. Her areas of expertise include quality measurement, data reliability, and consumer and provider responses to information about quality. She earned her MS in Library Science from Simmons College and her PhD from Stanford University in Communications Research.
