Gregory Pope

Director, Health Care Financing and Payment Program at RTI International

Gregory Pope is director of the Health Care Financing and Payment Program at RTI International. He has more than 22 years of experience in health economics and health policy research. Pope's specialties include Medicare policy analysis, risk adjustment, provider payment design and incentives, program evaluation, and quality-of-care indicators. He has led numerous Medicare research and demonstration projects. Formerly, he served as vice president of Health Economics Research, Inc. Pope received his M.S. in economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
