Sheila Sankaran

Sheila Sankaran, M.A., is chief executive officer for KNG Health Consulting, LLC. She is responsible for day-to-day oversight of operations, strategic planning, and business development. Ms. Sankaran contributes significantly to writing and editing of client reports and proposals. Her recent project work includes analyses supporting the development of Medicare disproportionate share payment policy. Prior to joining KNG Health, Ms. Sankaran's 19-year federal government career was highlighted by several leadership and management positions in external and internal communications, publishing (magazine editor), strategic planning, quality and process improvement, and customer satisfaction survey design and management. Ms. Sankaran earned her master’s degree in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park.
