Chloe Anderson, M.S.W., is a former research associate in the International Health Policy and Practice Innovations (IHP) program at The Commonwealth Fund. Ms. Anderson provided research, writing, and analytic support to IHP, including analyzing data for the Fund's annual international health policy surveys and coauthoring articles based on findings; authoring select international issue briefs and the annual OECD data chartpack; tracking health care policy developments in industrialized countries for program development; and contributing content on international policy and delivery system innovations. Additionally, she provided editorial support to the Harkness Fellows and IHP grantees on their papers; prepares presentations; and supports the planning and implementation of IHP program meetings, including the International Symposium on Health Policy and the Commonwealth Fund–Nuffield Trust International Meeting on Quality and Efficiency.

Prior to joining the Fund, Ms. Anderson was a research assistant at the Columbia Population Research Center, where she provided analytic support in conducting quantitative research on poverty, health, and well-being among New York City residents in a citywide longitudinal study. Ms. Anderson also worked as a research fellow at the National Council on Aging, during which she analyzed data from a nationwide survey to identify health and social indicators of fall risk among older adults.

Ms. Anderson holds an M.S.W. with a concentration in Policy Practice and Research from Columbia University. She also graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Sociology and Philosophy from New York University.
