Diana Davenport is vice president for Administration at The Commonwealth Fund. In this role, she oversees talent management and benefits administration, the Fund's landmark headquarters Harkness House, all office operations, and risk management. During her tenure, Ms. Davenport has championed and revamped a number of quality improvement activities in the areas of human resources and benefits, information technology, risk management, and building operations. She has spent more than two decades working as a professional in the nonprofit sector, and has held a number of board and committee positions for Philanthropy New York, the regional grantmakers’ association. Ms. Davenport is a member and was chair of the Awards Selection Committee for the New York Community Trust Nonprofit Excellence Awards. She is a member of the board of the Nonprofit Coordinating Committee of New York and serves on a number of committees. She is considered one of the top human capital executives in New York’s foundation world and holds the senior human resources credential with the Society for Human Resource Management, as well as a B.A. from Mount Holyoke College and an M.B.A. in finance from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
