Testing Outreach and Enrollment Strategies for Insuring Low-Income Children in New York City.

This project will develop and test outreach and enrollment methods for the estimated 75 percent of New York City's low-income, uninsured children who are eligible for but not participating in the Medicaid or state Child Health Plus (CHP) programs. Eligible children will be identified through the Women, Infants and Children (WIC) program and employees of WIC vendors. The project could result in the enrollment of at least 2,000 children in Medicaid or CHP
