Joan Y. Reede, M.D., will oversee all aspects of the program, including the recruitment and selection process, program development, implementation, and evaluation. Up to five fellowships will be awarded to enable fellows to pursue a one-year, enriched course of study at the Harvard University School of Public Health, and each fellow will receive a master's degree in public health, providing them with the credentials and experience necessary to become leaders in minority health policy.
