Experience suggests that innovative health care programs can be difficult to replicate and sustain on a broad scale. This Picker Program Grant will determine whether Yale University’s Elder Life Program to prevent delirium can be successfully implemented at hospitals across the country. Results will benefit physicians and hospitals interested in learning of new ways to prevent delirium
