Commonwealth Fund Mongan Fellowship in Minority Health Policy: Support for Program Direction and Fellowships, 2016–17

Since 1996, the Commonwealth Fund Mongan Fellowship in Minority Health Policy has supported the training of physicians and dentists dedicated to transforming health care delivery systems to serve the needs of vulnerable populations. The Fund grant for 2016–17 will support at least three candidates to receive an M.P.H. at the Harvard School of Public Health, or an M.P.A. at the Harvard Kennedy School. Per discussions with the Fund, the Harvard team will be seeking cofunding for an additional physician fellow in 2016–17 (for a total of four physician fellows) and for two additional physician fellows in 2017–18.
