The Commonwealth Fund International Profiles of Health Care Systems, Year 9

Since 2008, London School of Economics and Political Science has collaborated with the Fund to produce an updated annual volume profiling the health care systems of high-income countries. Each country profile provides details on the role of government in health care, how care is financed and organized, benefits provided, strategies for containing costs and improving quality, and recent reforms, including initiatives that target high-need, high-cost patients and vulnerable populations. The 2016 edition will update health system overviews for 17 countries: Australia, Canada, China, Denmark, England, France, Germany, India, Israel, Japan, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United States.
