Letter of Inquiry

The Fund strongly prefers grant applicants to submit letters of inquiry using the online application form below. Applicants who choose to submit letters of inquiry by regular mail or fax should provide the information outlined below in a two- to three-page document.

Once you begin filling out the online application, you will not be able to save your entries and complete it later. Therefore, please prepare your responses ahead of time. You should attach a detailed project description (e.g., a Word document), which should be no more than three pages.

Please attach a two- to three-page detailed project description, including:

  1. Name, name of your organization, and contact information
  2. Statement of problem and purpose of grant
  3. A description of the project's targeted audience(s)
  4. Project design, including schedule and workplan
  5. A description of the project's expected outcomes
  6. Estimated total project cost and total amount requested from the Fund
  7. Organization staffing and financial resources

Due to the volume of requests, we are unable to consider LOIs without project descriptions.

To attach a project description:

  • Browse for a file saved on your computer. The file name must be 10 characters or less; contain no spaces, periods, slash marks, or other extraneous punctuation; and have an extension designating the file type preceded by a period, e.g., "Smith.doc" or "Smith.pdf"
  • click "Submit LOI" to complete
