Caryn Marks, M.P.P., is formerly the federal and state health policy officer for The Commonwealth Fund. In this role, Ms. Marks supported the work of the Federal and State Health Policy program. Ms. Marks joined the Fund from the National Governors Association where she was a senior health policy analyst since November 2009. Prior to that, Ms. Marks worked for Kaiser Family Foundation for three years as a policy analyst on issues related to eligibility for insurance, access to services, and quality of care for low-income children. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from Emory University and has a Master in Public Policy, Health Care Policy and Strategic Management, from Harvard University, John F. Kennedy School of Government.
