Jordan Kiszla, M.P.H., was associate program officer for the Federal and State Health Policy initiative at the Commonwealth Fund. In this role, she provided the daily support for the initiative, reported to initiative vice president Rachel Nuzum, and helped to supervise the Washington, D.C., program assistant. She had a variety of responsibilities, ranging from administrative tasks and grant support to writing, editing, and research. Ms. Kiszla joined the Fund soon after graduating Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude from the University of Richmond, where she created her own major in Global Health. While in school, she worked in the financial aid office handling administrative responsibilities and managing federal Pell grant applications. She was also a research assistant at the Center for Biobehavioral Clinical Research located in the School of Nursing at Virginia Commonwealth University. Ms. Kiszla holds an M.P.H. with a concentration in Health Policy at George Washington University.
