Michaela Gibson Morris is a health care reporter with the Northeast Mississippi Daily Journal. Her journalism career has taken her to a Broadway premiere, within three feet of a dead body and to two Baldrige Award presentations. Since 2000, her work has focused on writing news and features about health. Morris grew up in Louisiana and studied at Drake University.
