Treeby Brown is a private consultant who works regularly with Association of Maternal and Child Health Programs (AMCHP) on issues of early childhood and children with special health care needs. Previously, Ms. Brown was a senior policy analyst at AMCHP for six years. She has also worked as a legislative analyst for the governor of North Carolina and as a press secretary and legislative assistant for a member of the U.S. House of Representatives. She holds a master of public policy degree from Duke University.
