With funding and technical assistance from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, several states are developing new delivery models to improve the care, and control the costs, of beneficiaries enrolled in both Medicare and Medicaid, known as dual eligibles. Researchers at the Center for Health Care Strategies report on some of the most innovative state strategies in a new policy brief, supported by The Commonwealth Fund and The SCAN Foundation.
