Allison Frey

Allison Frey, M.P.P., is a former program associate for The Commonwealth Fund's Commission on a High Performance Health System and State Innovations programs, based in Washington, D.C. Ms. Frey was responsible for providing research, writing, and administrative support for the programs' assistant vice president, including research on innovative policies and practices of top performing states and organizations; development of presentations on Commission findings and other innovative initiatives; coordination of meeting materials, logistics, and site visits; development and monitoring of all program grants; and analysis of Fund-sponsored surveys. Prior to joining the Fund in December 2006, Ms. Frey was program assistant for the Health and Reproductive Rights department at the National Women's Law Center. She holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia and a Master of Public Policy with a concentration in Health from The George Washington University.
