David Farrell serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Wellspring Innovative Solutions in Green Bay, Wisconsin, a post he has held since 2004. Previously he was the Senior Project Manager for the Nursing Home Quality Improvement division of Lumetra in San Francisco, and worked as the Director of Organization and Development for Ocadian Hospitals and Care Centers. He began his career as an Administrator-in-Training with Care West Enterprises in 1989. From 1990 through 1994, he was Hermitage Health Care's top Administrator. In 1995 and 1996, he served as the Executive Director of Hillsdale Manor in San Mateo, CA, a 212 bed CCRC.He holds a master's degree in social work from Boston College.
