Jamie Ryan, M.P.H., is the former associate program officer for the Delivery System Reform program. In this role, Ms. Ryan provides the daily support for the program and for Melinda Abrams, M.S. In addition to helping develop and manage small and board-level grants, she provides research, writing, and analytic support to the delivery reform program, including analyzing data from staff-driven surveys and coauthoring articles based on findings; tracking health care policy development related to care delivery; and preparing and delivering presentations at public forums and professional meetings. Additionally, she supports the planning and implementation of delivery reform program meetings, including the advisory group.
Prior to joining the Fund in March 2013, Ms. Ryan served as a research assistant at the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Santé Publique, working on a multinational European Commission–funded research project on education reform as her graduate school practicum. Prior to graduate school, she held internships at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the U.S. General Services Administration. Ms. Ryan received a B.S. in Biopsychology from Tufts University, and an M.P.H. in Health Policy from Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health.
