Kevin W. Lucia, J.D., M.H.P., is a research professor at the McCourt School of Public Policy, Health Policy Institute, Center on Health Insurance Reforms at Georgetown University. He focuses on the regulation of private health insurance, with an emphasis on analyzing the market reforms implemented by federal and state governments in response to the Affordable Care Act. He received his law degree from the George Washington University Law School and his master’s degree in health policy from Northeastern University.
