Jennifer Cisco joined The Commonwealth Fund in 2016 as assistant dining room manager. In this role, she helps prepare and serve lunch for the staff and their guests each day, specializing in a variety of salads and side dishes. Ms. Cisco also manages the food and beverage service for the many meetings in the Fund's public rooms, and assumes full responsibility for the dining room in the manager's absence. Ms. Cisco has many years of experience working as a chef and server at various organizations, including the Carnegie Corporation and the Woodmere Country Club. She earned a degree from the Baltimore International Culinary College and has completed coursework in hotel and restaurant management.
