Jennifer Lyons, M.P.H., is special projects coordinator at Primary Care Development Corporation (PCDC). She supports the CEO, serves as the board liaison, manages the executive project portfolio, and guides a range of initiatives across the organization. Jennifer brings expertise in project and program management, health policy reform, advocacy and communications, and strategic planning and system-wide organization. Jennifer received a Master of Public Health in Public Health Policy from New York University.
