Michael H. Bailit

Michael H. Bailit, M.M., is president of Bailit Health Purchasing, LLC, in Needham, Massachusetts. In this capacity, he has worked with a wide array of government agencies and private health care purchasers across the United States. Bailit’s professional interests focus on how purchasers and regulators can influence health care markets to operate as effectively and efficiently as possible. Earlier he served as assistant commissioner for the Massachusetts Division of Medical Assistance and as a benefits manager for Digital Equipment Corporation. Bailit received an M.M. in management from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
