Building on the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) working paper, "Bringing Healthcare to the Patient: An Overview of the Use of Telemedicine in OECD Countries," the project will consist of a systematic literature review and data analysis. The review will focus on research studies: systematic reviews, randomized control trials, cohort studies, case-controlled studies, cross-sectional studies and surveys, and case studies. Additionally, grey literature will be considered. Measures of effectiveness will be based on the OECD Health Care Quality Framework’s three areas: effective, safe, patient-centered.
