Alyssa Vangeli

Alyssa Vangeli, J.D., M.P.H., is a senior consultant with Bailit Health Purchasing, LLC. She supports states with health policy analysis and research, strategic development and implementation, program design and multistakeholder process management. She has extensive experience in the areas of health care affordability strategies, Medicaid and private insurance payment and delivery system reform, prescription drug reform, health equity, and social determinants of health. Prior to joining Bailit Health, Angeli worked for Health Care For All Massachusetts. She additionally served on numerous state agency advisory councils. Previously, she worked as a legal fellow at Health Law Advocates and at Pathfinder International. Angeli earned an M.P.H. from Tufts University School of Medicine and a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law.
