Amy M. Lischko, M.S.P.H., D.Sc., is a senior consultant at Bailit Health Purchasing, LLC, and is a full-time professor of the practice at Tufts University, teaching classes in health policy and health economics. She was formerly commissioner of health care finance and policy and director of health care policy under Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney. Lischko received her D.Sc. in health services research from the Boston University School of Public Health.
