Emily Polk

Emily Polk, M.P.H., is a senior manager with Manatt Health. She advises state Medicaid agencies, hospital associations, and health care providers on Medicaid policy and program design, with a focus on Medicaid payment and financing issues. Polk provides policy analysis, financial modeling, and project management services to meet client goals. Prior to joining Manatt, she worked in consumer health policy advocacy, where she focused on issues related to Affordable Care Act implementation and children’s health. Polk earned an M.P.H. from the University of California, Berkeley.
