Grace McCormack, Ph.D., is a research scientist at the USC Schaeffer Center at the University of Southern California. She is an applied economist working in the fields of public and health economics. Her research studies competition and regulatory design in public health insurance markets, such as Affordable Care Act exchanges and Medicaid. Her current work is focused on the determinants and consequences of various dimensions of benefit design in Medicare Advantage. McCormack earned a Ph.D. from the economics track of the Harvard Kennedy School Ph.D. program, where she was a predoctoral fellow in health economics at the National Bureau of Economic Research.
