Jacob Rains

Jacob Rains, M.P.H., is a manager with Manatt Health. He monitors and analyzes a broad range of health policy and business issues, market developments. and emergent health care trends to inform strategies that advance clients’ objectives. Prior to joining Manatt, Rains was a research project manager at the Sheps Center for Health Services Research, where he provided technical assistance to the Health Resources and Services Administration, members of Congress, states, and hospitals on health workforce policy, rural health, and payment reform. Rains earned an M.P.H. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
