Joshua Tallman is director of digital engagement for the Commonwealth Fund. In this role, Mr. Tallman is responsible for both the operational and strategic management of the Fund’s social media platforms, as well as the production of Web-based multimedia features. Mr. Tallman is tasked with designing a social media strategy that's in line with the organization's identity, audience, and goals; defining tactics to enhance the follower base and to develop channels that strengthen engagement; and, administering a marketing budget to achieve an array of strategic actions. Mr. Tallman graduated from the State University of New York at Purchase in July 2007 with a B.A. in English Literature. He completed his M.S. in Non-Profit Management at Milano, The New School for Management and Urban Policy, in December 2011.
