Noël Manu

Noël Manu, M.P.H., joined the Commonwealth Fund in June 2021 as the program manager for the Advancing Health Equity (AHE) program. Her primary responsibility is to manage the grants in the AHE portfolio, including the Commonwealth Fund Fellowships at Harvard and at Yale. She also supports the overall work and efficiency of the AHE team. Previously, she worked at the Columbia University Irving Medical Center, where she was an administrative coordinator for the Programs in Global Health. Prior to her time at Columbia, she worked as a graduate admissions counselor at Manhattan College. Manu has an M.P.H. from the CUNY Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy and a B.A. in cultural anthropology from Wheaton College.
