Analysis of Florida Medicaid Expansion

Leavitt Partners will analyze the potential effects of Medicaid expansion in the state of Florida, specifically the impacts of expansion on Medicaid enrollment and on the state budget. Leavitt will use public and proprietary data sources from Florida and from other states for comparison and model estimation. They will develop a baseline model of Medicaid program trends and then layer on a policy impact model. Key stakeholders will have an opportunity to inform the policy impact model. Results will be shared as a public report and may also be distributed in the form of a peer-reviewed article, conference presentations, and other public presentations.
