Domestic Landscape Analysis Assessment

This domestic landscape analysis will provide key information on U.S. organizations that are doing work related to the international program’s core activities -- fielding the annual international survey, administering the Harkness fellowship, conducting comparisons of health systems, convening international symposia and funding targeted research projects. A diverse set of U.S. organizations will be represented, including other foundations, academic research centers, and not-for-profit institutions. Avalere will identify 30 such institutions and provide an in-depth analysis of the operations for 10 of the 30, as selected by the Commonwealth Fund. The analysis will include areas and countries of focus, key projects and publications, and funding structures.
