Implementing the ACA: Monitoring and Analysis of Private Insurance Reforms, Year 9

Kevin Lucia and his team at Georgetown University will continue to monitor legal and regulatory decisions in all states and the District of Columbia in response to federal legislative and regulatory policy changes and pending judicial decisions. They will use these data, in conjunction with those from secondary sources and interviews with key stakeholders, to understand how state and federal policy decisions are affecting the individual market with respect to: marketplace stability, insurer participation, plan enrollment, and the affordability and adequacy of coverage.
