The Manatt team will monitor significant Medicaid developments with an impact on payment and delivery reform efforts, and produce four blog posts for the Fund that describe and analyze these changes. The team also will identify opportunities to augment/highlight Fund content and inform Fund staff of considerations on policy priorities. Potential changes to be monitored include administrative and legislative actions that fall within three areas: 1) actions to undo or unwind Trump-era policies; 2) actions to rebuild or strengthen existing policies or initiatives; and 3) efforts to launch and support new initiatives.
