Throughout the year, Manatt's Cindy Mann and team will continue to track ongoing federal Medicaid developments with a significant impact on payment and delivery reform efforts, and produce four blog posts for the Fund website that describe and analyze these changes. The team will closely monitor waivers, regulations and other formal guidance, and major federal legislative proposals and enactments. Potential changes to Medicaid that will be monitored and analyzed closely include block grant waivers, public charge rules, closed formularies, changes to the Medicaid managed care regulation, and work requirements.
