Guide to the Online Letter of Inquiry

STEP 1 – ACCESSING THE GRANTS MANAGEMENT PORTAL SYSTEM Use this link to access the Letter of Inquiry Application.
STEP 2 – REGISTRATION Prior to accessing the Letter of Inquiry Application, the system will prompt you to log in. Click “New User?” to begin the registration process. Select the “Organization” button at the top and fill in all fields as completely as possible for Steps 1-3 and click “Register.”
STEP 3 – ACCOUNT VERIFICATION/ LOGIN You will automatically receive an email from The Commonwealth Fund with the subject line “Thank you for registering! Please verify your Email.” Follow the link in the email to verify your account and login.
