Applicants invited to submit a full proposal will receive instruction from their program team. Proposal and budget guidelines, and other grantmaking policies, are included on the sidebar. The Fund does not review unsolicited full proposals. New applicants should start with an LOI application.
Reporting requirements for Fund grants and contracts are listed in the Payment and Reporting Schedule (P&R), which is a part of each grant agreement. The P&R always includes a final narrative report — or, with more recent grants, the renamed impact and learning report.
Financial reports are required for all Fund-supported projects. Financial reports should show actual expenditures in a line-item format, similar to the Fund-approved budget for the project, with personnel costs broken out by position.
