Andrew D. Wilcock, Ph.D., is an assistant professor in the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Vermont Larner College of Medicine; and a visiting fellow, and former Seidman Fellow, in the Department of Health Care Policy at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Wilcock holds a Ph.D. in Health Services, Research, Policy and Administration from the University of Minnesota — Twin Cities, and an M.A. in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
