Elise Lowry

Elise Lowry, M.P.H., is a policy analyst with Altarum’s Healthcare Value Hub, for which she produces resources, monitors the current health policy landscape, and provides technical assistance to state-based consumer advocates working to create equitable, affordable, patient-centered health systems. Prior to joining Altarum, she worked with patients in a hospital, seeing firsthand the impact our fractured health care system has on consumers. Lowry earned an M.P.H., with a focus in health policy, from George Washington University.
