Helen Newton, M.P.H., is a doctoral candidate and research assistant at The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice. Her research measures the effect of new payment models on the integration of mental health and primary care services, and she is more broadly interested in understanding how health systems integrate social services. Previously she worked as a policy analyst at the Federal Office of Rural Health Policy in Washington, D.C. Ms. Newton received an M.P.H. from The Dartmouth Institute in 2017.
